Shipping & Delivery: At the moment we can only deliver website orders within South Africa. If you would like a shipping quote to another country please contact us, we will be happy to help. Delivery within South Africa is free for orders over R500 and R100 for orders less than R500. Please note: All orders take approximately 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.
Privacy & Security: When you register or place an order with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number. We will only use your telephone number if we need to contact you if there is a problem with your order or to organise delivery. All this is necessary to process your request or order and will not be given out to any 3rd parties. If for any reason, you are unsure about the personal and account information we are holding in your name, please contact our customer service team. They will happily review your file and update the records if required. You can contact our customer service team by email.
Returns & Replacements: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days in its original contiion for a full refund. We will not refund the shipping costs unless there is a product or manufacturing fault.
