- At the moment we can only deliver website orders within South Africa and neighbouring countries. If you would like a shipping quote to another country please contact us we will be happy to help. We hope to have shipping to the US, Canada, Australia and the UK within the next few months. Delivery within South African is free and to neighbouring countries is R150.00. Please note: All orders take approximately 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.

- When you register or place an order with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number. We will only use your telephone number if we need to contact you if there is a problem with your order or to organise delivery. All this is necessary to process your request or order and will not be given out to any 3rd parties. If for any reason, you are unsure about the personal and account information we are holding in your name, please contact our customer service team. - Returns & Replacements
- If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days in its original contiion for a full refund. We will not refund the shipping costs unless there is a product or manufacturing fault.
