Your Sleep Position

Your sleeping position is the position you find yourself in when preparing to fall asleep. This is your most comfortable sleep position. It is important try try and keep your back, neck and head in a straight line when sleeping. This reduces pressure on your neck and allows you to rest more comfortably. Here is a guide to help you decide which pillow to get based on your sleep potition.

  • Side Sleeper
    You will need a firm or medium firm pillow to support your neck while you sleep.
  • Back Sleeper
    You will need one or two soft pillows to support your head while you sleep.
  • Stomach Sleeper
    You will need a soft, flattish pillow so you do not strain your neck while you sleep.
