We charge a flat rate of R100 for delivery of all orders within South Africa. Please note: Order delivery times do vary depending on stock availability. Most of our linen is made to order and usually takes 3 weeks to receive. Our down products are usually in stock and can ship with in 2 - 3 days. It may seem like a long wait but it is definitely worth it!
We ship Internationally using DHL. All shipping and handling costs will be quoted for separately. Please Contact Us for a quote.
All orders for collection are sent to the stores from our Head Office in Cape Town. Please wait for confirmation that your order has arrived before collecting.
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Downtex (Pty) Ltd. bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. We also accept payments via Mobicred.
Card transactions will be acquired for Downtex (Pty) Ltd. via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. We want you to be completely happy with your Granny Goose order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unwashed products within 14 days of purchase. Used items cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise must include the proof of purchase and be in the same condition as when it was received. We will not refund the shipping costs unless there is a product or manufacturing fault.
