Shipping & Delivery
We charge a flat rate of R100 for delivery of all orders within South Africa. Please note: Order delivery times do vary depending on stock availability. Most of our linen is made to order and usually takes 3 weeks to receive. Our down products are usually in stock and can ship with in 2 - 3 days. It may seem like a long wait but it is definitely worth it!
We can ship Internationally. All shipping and handling costs will be quoted for separately.
Privacy & Security
When you register or place an order with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number. We will only use your telephone number if we need to contact you if there is a problem with your order or to organise delivery. All this is necessary to process your request or order and will not be given out to any 3rd parties. If for any reason, you are unsure about the personal and account information we are holding in your name, please contact our customer service team. Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days in its original contiion for a full refund. We will not refund the shipping costs unless there is a product or manufacturing fault.
